The Sudz Capacitor

The Sudz Capacitor is a proprietary flavor amplifying system used by McAllister Brewing Company to create delicious and flavorful lactose-free dessert-style beers. By carefully selecting and blending hops and other adjuncts, the natural flavors of the ingredients are enhanced and balanced, resulting in beers that burst with flavor and aroma.

Alira Seltzers

Alira seltzers are made with all natural ingredients including filtered water, cane sugar, natural plant extracts, and natural hemp oil extract which provide a unique, delicious, refreshing, and healthy beverage. Our seltzers are non alcoholic and contain 2g- sugars, 7-calories and 2g- carbs. They are NON-GMO, vegan, gluten and caffeine free, and are both diabetic and keto friendly.

CNFT

The Stank Ape Speakeasy, or SASE, is a collection of 5,000 Non-Fungible Tokens living on the Cardano blockchain. The NFT was created from local folklore of the Stank Ape that inhabited the greater Lansdale, PA area.

The OG Brewery

The brewery with a speakeasy feel offers a great atmosphere in a hidden location right next to the SEPTA track creating an awesome ambiance. The brewhouse is an 8bbl system with 13 rotating taps in the taproom.

Our cans are custom designed in house by our team with a vision of turning McAllister Brewing Co. into a common beer in everyone's refrigerator. What's unique is the Non-Fungible Token and QR-Code story of the Stank Ape.
