McAllister Brewing Company (North Wales, PA) has created a brand new delicious menu featuring their Hot Roast Beef Sandwich where you have a choice to add fries. Cooked with "First Love" Brown Ale, this beef sandwich melts in your mouth. The brewery offers a freshly sliced provolone and a side of horseradish as shooters' choice with an au jus from the beef for a dipping sauce. Damn... it's good! #yummy #delicious #foodporn
This new menu addition is the perfect winter dinner. Its hearty mouth-watering beef will make you come back for seconds!
Now, find the slow cooker and make these immediately:
Ingredients:
1 (4 to 5-lb.) beef rump roast
1 (16oz.) Can of "First Love" Brown Ale
1 Chopped white onion
1 Horseradish
1 (1/2lb) Sliced Provolone
2 Teaspoons of Pepper
2 (10 1/2oz.) cans condensed beef broth
12 Kaiser Rolls
Steps:
Place beef roast in 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients with exception of buns (of course). Pour over roast.
Cover; cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove beef from slow cooker; place on cutting board or large plate. Slice beef with carver or slicer; place in buns. If desired, skim fat from juices in the slow cooker. Serve sandwiches with dipping au jus sauce based from slow cooker.
Add a slice of provolone; or not. The choice is yours.
Add a side of fresh horseradish or long hots for that extra bite!
